I am working on my new novel, it is a work of fiction. I have been working on it for more than a year now. Some days I write a couple of chapters while some times it takes more than a month to finish a chapter. There is still a lot of work involved in finishing the book. I am about halfway done. Not sure how long further this may take me.

Mind doesn’t work at times when I am trying to work on taking a chapter’s narration into its details. Then comes the decision of where to end it and where to start the next one. As I am working on the book a thought came to my mind. This book will take at-least another year for me to finish by the speed which I am working on it. Even after finishing it I will have to revise it several times before publishing it. 

What if I start publishing a portion of the unabridged book portion by portion in my blogs. 

The logistics is what I have to think about how a new person would link the various pages together. The final book may have a lot of changes or not for that matter but having it in here will give a sneak peek to the final manuscript. My initial thought is to have the book name with the blog number as a suffix. Eg. my new novel #1, my new novel #2 etc. My main thing is that it ties the narration together. People are able to navigate through it. . 

        One option in front of me was to wait till the book was finished and then try getting it into the blog pages by pages. I wanted to get my thoughts out to the readers so that you know before the book is published. Another reason is that if there are good suggestions for the book I may add that to the final book.
